This type motor armature turning machine is used turning the commutator surface. The cutter moving in lateral or radial direction is controlled by ball screws which are driven by treble-spindle servo motor. After rough turning, the machine will turn accurately. Turning times(4 times total) and cutter feeding value(≥1um) could be set up on touch screen according to user`s needs. Treble-spindle servo motor control could make stable and precise cutter feeding.
Main Component
This type motor commutator turning machine is consist of V-supporting device, feeding device, arm driving device and box framework. Electric servo system controls the feeding device. While servo and pneumatic system take control of arm driving device. PLC controls the whole system and displays the process on the screen..

Operation Guide
1. Basic operation
a. Turn on the air source supply to make the cylinder go back to initial position.
b. Turn on the air switch, get the power through, press the [running preparation" to make the machine go back to initial position.
c. Press [automatic", the machine will enter automatic turning status (must be done after the cutter setting finished). Press [pause" to check each action. It could begin automatic operation after cycle checking and find everything is normal.
d. Setting up dipping time (by touch screen). The pressing arm comes down while press [automatic" and oil injection begins. By the dipping time exhausts, oil injection stops accordingly. The oil injection volume could be controlled by the pressure release valve and throttle on the oil tank.
e. Press [Emergency" while abnormal operation appears.
