This coil shaping machine is a forming machine for the two ends coil of stator; It adopts steel structure welded frame, upper and lower each four bearing steel pillars for guiding, upper and lower sliding plate driven by the hydrocylinder, through a full set of actions, to control the forming tooling to achieve the forming purpose. The forming for external of coil adopts sliding block folding to restrict the diameter, while the inner block to make the internal coil diameter reach requirement. The head coil forming will be processed after the forming of internal and external of coil completed. This machine has advantages of mature and advanced technology, reliable quality, easy operation and maintenance.

This machine is suitable for air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor, pump motor, single phase and three phase induction motor.
