Air conditioner Motor Stator Semi-automatic Coil Winding Inserting Machine

This winding inserting machine is semi-automatic type. The machine is controlled by PLC, all paramenter can be set in the touch screen. It is suitable for stator insertion, with a veriety model number but low output. The wedge and coils can be inserted into stator simutaneously by this machine. Operation step
Power on the machine
Insert the wire by winding form
Adjust the tooling according to different model stator
Put stator to the tooling
Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data.
Press "start" button.
 Machine will automatically do coil inserting.
Take out the stator
