Introduction
The insulation paper material is a three-layer soft composite insulating material composed of two outer layers of polyester non-woven fabric and a middle layer of polyester film. The insulation rating is Class B 130 °C. It combines the good impregnation properties of non-woven fabrics with the good dielectric strength of polyester films, and is widely used in electrical equipment.
Application
The resin can be absorbed during the impregnation.
Uniform surface, no fluffing, and no bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles and defects, suitable for mechanical off-line processes. The sizing insulation of Y series motors is used for inter-slot insulation, inter-turn insulation and interlayer insulation of small and medium-sized low-voltage motors, gasket insulation or as interlayer insulation in transformers.
Features
High tensile and heat resistance
With good mechanical properties, dielectric properties, and electrical properties, polyester non-woven fabrics have good adsorption capacity and can absorb resins during impregnation.
Uniform surface, no fluffing, and no bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles and defects.
