This welding machine is used to fuse commutator hook. The fusing time and hook number can all be set in the touch screen. It adopts water cooling.

This type of commutator welding machine is used to weld the armature commutator hook. The spot welding machine is controlled by the welding powder. It has cooling system to cool down the commutator after its fusing process. The cooling method is water cooling. It can weld both riser and hook type commutator. There are four power control method, namely secondary constant current, secondary constant voltage secondary constant frequency. This machine can automatically fuse, and operator only need to load and unload rotor. All the related parameter can be programmed in the touch screen, such as hook number, fusing time, indexing number, pressing time and ect.
