The whole set of high frequency quenching machine is consisted of four major parts, high frequency induction heating power, induction quenching machine tool, power cooling system and  quenching liquid cooling system. However, if customer requires higher configuration of the high frequency quenching machine, a monitoring system can be added. Without the machine tool, it seems impossible to produce high quality product with the power. Without the quenching machine tool, the workpiece would be loaded and unloaded manually. As a result, the products quality is not stable. The quenching machine tool is a mechanical transmission device. It will load the workpiece during power quenching; therefore, it can avoid the quality inconformity during quenching.  About the cooling system, we could select the suitable one from them, also customer could choose by themselves.
